Our policy
Once you receive the artwork, if you are not satisfied with it, you have up to 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. The work must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (we recommend that you use a service with a tracking number).
What to do in case you receive the damaged work?
If the work was damaged during transportation, contact the artist immediately through the contact form or by email: eliacastrillo@gmail.com Once the case has been examined, we will find the best solution for you.
